​Andrew joined Matrix Recruitment in 2025 as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, bringing with him a strong foundation in healthcare recruitment across both public and private sectors. He holds a Bachelor of Business degree with a specialisation in Human Resource Management and is passionate about helping both clients and candidates find the right fit.

Andrew specialises in office-based roles across Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, IT, Clerical, and the Public Sector. He recruits for permanent, contract, and temporary positions, and is known for his approachable style, in-depth market knowledge, and commitment to building lasting professional relationships.

Outside of recruitment, Andrew is a dedicated father to two daughters and values spending quality time with his family. A passionate tennis enthusiast, he regularly competes in local tournaments and, when he's not on the court, he enjoys following a wide range of sports.
