Matrix Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Transfer Agency Client Services Consultant for our client, a global financial services company based in Limerick.

As the Transfer Agency Client Services Consultant, you will be responsible for managing multiple clients and providing a strong service to align with the Client agreements.

This is a client facing role managing both calls and emails and communicating across different types and levels of management and clients. 

This is a contract position up until the end of December 2023 with some possibility of extension.

There is a hybrid working arrangement of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

Your new job:
Key duties & responsibilities:
  • Maintain consistent client service levels by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of information and work products.
  • Provide technical expertise for the development of new TA Products and develop SLD’s in relation to these new products and services.
  • Participate in client due diligence visits.
  • Oversee monthly reporting including calculating KPI levels and review of monthly reporting packs.
  • Vetting of all incident reports prior to release and ensuring all items are added to the daily client incident log.
  • Deliver priority client discussions within agreed timetable.
  • Resolve client issues and liaise with management teams to provide a seamless service. Escalate items as appropriate.
  • Perform trend analysis, resolve exceptions, document issues and resolutions and communicate and escalate issues to management as appropriate.
  • Be pro-active in communication with clients, providing suggestions for improvements to customer experience or reductions in costs.
  • Participate in producing deliverable control checklists and ensure all targets and deadlines are met.
  • Perform client specific reporting testing.
  • Deliver against PMO responsibilities within Client Take On process.
  • Participate in fostering an environment which encourages employee participation, teamwork, and communication and overall excellent client servicing.

What are we looking for?
  • Prior experience in a client-focused role gained in the financial services or banking industry.
  • Operational experience in a Transfer Agency role is desirable.
  • Track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Effective verbal reasoning and numeric skills required.
  • Ability to work under pressure meeting challenging deadlines.
  • Planning and organisation skills with ability to work on own initiative.
  • Ability to review and resolve complex issues in a timely manner.
