Key duties & responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the service department.
- Coordinate and plan service crew schedules.
- Manage and delegate tasks within the service department.
- Produce status reports for senior management.
- Account management for service/maintenance/facilities contracts.
- Prepare and send quotes, source materials, and manage inquiries log.
- Provide technical sales/service support to customers.
- Ensure health and safety policy compliance.
What are we looking for?
- 7-10 years in mechanical/electrical engineering, with 3 years in a managerial/supervisory role.
- 3rd level qualification in Engineering or relevant experience.
- Knowledge of the water industry.
- Experience in quoting, tender preparation, and submissions.
- Strong IT, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Commitment to exceeding customer requirements.
