Matrix Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a Sales Representative based in CARLOW with our client, a telecom service provider.

This is a sales representative role which will be involving making outbound calls to potential customers across Ireland.

This is a PERMANENT role which is on-site initially.

Your new job

Key duties & responsibilities:

• Sell directly to residential and commercial customers in designated areas

• Process customer documents and update data in CRM system

• Reply to customer queries received via phone, website, social media, and email

• Monitor customer subscriptions to ensure they are on the correct package

• Achieve productivity and ensure key performance indicators are met

• Provide high levels of customer service

• Promote a positive image of the business during all customer interaction

• Gain in-depth knowledge of all service and product packages

• Articulate and communicate confidently to internal and external customers

• Undertake specific tasks and projects as directed by the Sales Manager

What are we looking for?

• Own transport essential due to location

• Sales experience and achievement drive

• Highly organised, flexible, detail-oriented and able to multi-task

• Good IT skills with experience of CRM systems

• Self-motivated candidate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience with KPI’s or working towards targets
