 We are hiring!

We are expanding our team in Waterford, and we are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Recruitment Administrator to join our growing Operations team. The successful candidate will contribute significantly to the Recruitment, Operations and Finance departments. This role will also support the Managing Director.

This is a full-time permanent position with the option to work from home one day per week on successful completion of the training program. There is also flexibility with start and finish times and room for career progression within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Key person in the office for answering the telephone and dealing with any questions and queries in a timely manner.

·         Recruitment administration: processing/editing CVs, application follow ups, support interview preparation, reference checking.

·         Advertising and managing job ads for recruitment consultants across the company.

·         Providing support and administration for the marketing team (campaign admin, marketing materials etc).

·         Supporting consultants in preparing mailshots, client information, business development and recruitment materials.

·         Taking meeting minutes.

·         Undertaking assigned projects, general administration duties and support to Recruitment Managers and Consultants.

·         Maintaining housekeeping, phones, computers shredding, stationary etc.

·         Be responsible for company Health & Safety checks and audits.

·         Ensuring that all admin and recruitment activities are carried out in accordance with current employment legislation and Matrix company policies.

·         Ensuring a great candidate and client experience always.

·         Identifying qualified applicants through internal database and sourcing through various jobs boards/social media sites.

·         Scheduling interviews and working directly with candidates and hiring managers in multiple locations.

·         Updating candidate records and job postings in our CRM system.

·         Perform reference checks for all qualified candidates prior to making an offer.

·         Administration tasks around GDPR.

What are we looking for?

·         2 - 3 years’ experience in an administration function, preferably within a busy office.

·         Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills.

·         Good working knowledge of GDPR and what that means in regards to recruitment.

·         High level of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote & SharePoint).

·         A good clear understanding of IT support functions.

·         Self-motivated, a forward thinker with the ability to work on your own initiative whilst being responsible and accountable regarding time management.

·         Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with excellent attention to detail.

·         High achiever with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·         Strong interest in the recruitment industry.

Advantageous:

·         3rd level Qualification in a related discipline.

·         Aptitude or interest in IT and marketing.
