Laura Keane

Laura joined Matrix Recruitment in January 2019 as the Senior Marketing Executive and has quickly risen through the ranks. In 2022, she was promoted to Marketing and Operations Team Lead, and in 2023, she advanced to Marketing and Operations Manager. Based in our Waterford office, Laura plays a pivotal role in driving marketing and operational excellence across all Matrix branches nationwide. She leads initiatives in marketing, social media, content creation, and business development campaigns, ensuring our brand remains strong and our operations run smoothly.

Laura holds a Level 8 Bachelor of Arts (Honours) Degree in Visual Communications and a Level 9 Postgraduate Diploma in Digital Marketing Practice, both from Waterford Institute of Technology (SETU), where she specialised in branding and marketing. With her extensive experience in the recruitment industry and the credit union sector, Laura brings a wealth of knowledge and creativity that she implements across Matrix branches.

In her spare time, Laura enjoys listening to thought-provoking podcasts and audiobooks while strolling along the Greenway in Co. Waterford. A self-proclaimed coffee enthusiast, she’s happiest with a strong Americano in hand!
