Key duties & responsibilities:
Be responsible for the administration of the pension schemes/plans
Liaise with trustees/various stakeholders to ensure statutory deadlines are met
Prepare pension cover renewals
Manage queries & correspondence
Set up and maintain new policy members
Data entry to HR system
Provide HR admin support i.e. recruitment, candidate onboarding and reporting
What are we looking for?
At least 2-3 years experience working in Pension administration - essential
Strong numerical skills
Proficient in IT skills & MS Office applications i.e. Excel – essential
Ability to work in fast-paced environment independently and in a team setting
Self-motivated & approachable
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and accuracy essential
Excellent verbal and written communication
