As the Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and growing the Service department. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will lead a high-performing team and contribute to the strategic vision of the company.

• Engineering Degree with equivalent experience.

• Proven experience in growing internal functions.

• Leadership in managing large teams, recruitment, and performance.

• Background in operations or service management (electrical/mechanical/IT sectors).

• Digital transformation experience.

• Strong communicator and influencer at every level.
