Our client, a highly successful and well-established manufacturing company in Co. Cavan, are currently seeking a Nightshift Supervisor.

This is a permanent role, working week Monday – Friday, 10pm – 6am.

The Nightshift Supervisor will report to the Production Manager.

Your new job

Key duties & responsibilities:

• Maximize efficiency by aligning skills and resources with value production.

• Implement, Continuous Improvement, and Kaizen methods to ensure a smooth-flowing production line.

• Enhance productivity.

• Provide guidance and support to team leaders.

• Foster seamless communication across the organization, particularly within the value chain.

• Proactively identify and eliminate obstacles to continuous improvement.

• Maintain top-tier standards of safety, quality, and discipline within a nurturing atmosphere.

What you need to know?

• Qualifications in Manufacturing/Engineering/Quality or a relevant discipline.

• At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing setting.

• 2-3 years of experience management experience.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Demonstrated positive and proactive demeanour.

• Critical thinking abilities and adept problem-solving skills.
