We are currently seeking a Client Engagement Lead Consultant for our financial services client, based in Dublin (hybrid working model available).

This job will involve organising, controlling and executing all client-facing activities across all Regions, including client engagement, client messaging discovery, client scheduling and E2E testing.

The role is a 12-month contract with some possibility of extension. A daily rate applies to this position.

Your new job

Key duties & responsibilities:

• Build up detailed knowledge of strategic trade (moving from a legacy flow) to enable informed conversations with client facing community

• Agree engagement schedule with respective client relationship managers

• Be single point of contact for clients for the project

• Participate in client meetings to share information and field questions

• Own each client implementation plan to the point migrated to trade services team

• Participate in weekly project calls and share updates

• Take ownership of creating presentation packs for clients

• Work with client facing community including external clients to really understand digitalization in the trade space and what the current pain points are as well as what the trends are and direction of travel, to drive the client experience

• Drive the new business conversations so there is a heightened awareness of the trade service offering and scalability of the model

• Own the new business schedule for moving to strategic trade flow

• Work with clients to challenge and enhance their source data - so striving towards golden source data

• Continue to work with the trade services team on production issues related to client and proactively get to resolution

What are we looking for?

• 5-10 years industry experience

• Client service or client service delivery or relationship management experience

• Project management experience and qualification preferred

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail
