Our Irish client based in Westmeath with manufacturing sites in Ireland and globally are looking to recruit a HR Manager to oversee their Irish HR function.

They are recruiting a HR Manager who will join the management team, managing HR responsibilities across the Westmeath manufacturing sites. The HR Manager will be critical within the Management Team to achieving targeted growth strategies across the business, meet company’s objectives, and develop best in class HR system to deliver organisational performance,
The position reports to the General Manager and dotted line to CPO.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of the HR function including recruitment, all aspects of the employee experience, employee relations, performance management, learning & development, reward, and organisation design.
Coaching and partnering with internal leaders to drive and maintain a high performing and inclusive culture across the business.
Working with the management team to develop organisation structures that will best achieve business objectives.
Promoting a positive work culture to support the attraction and retention of employees in the business through strong personal behaviours which align with our values.
Developing best in class processes and initiatives and providing excellent service to the business in areas of recruitment and selection, onboarding, learning and development, employee engagement, communications and compensation and benefits.
Play a key role and in the management of change in the business to ensure employee engagement.
Proactively work to continuously improve HR systems, processes and policies in line with best practice.
Manage the reporting of all people related KPIs and provide expertise and data-based input to management decision making.
What are we looking for?
5+ years of experience in a HR Manager role ideally in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Masters/ Degree in HR and CIPD qualified ideally
Excellent leadership skills, developed with a collaborative approach to driving performance and success
Strong mentoring and coaching skills
Experience in people management
Strong knowledge of lean/ change management, Learning and Development, Comp and Bens, and Talent Management
The ability to evaluate complex situations accurately, identify creative solutions and make decisions that create successful outcomes
Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Good commercial business acumen
Familiarity with HR software systems
