Matrix Recruitment is working with a long-established and highly regarded company that provides bespoke solutions across major projects in Ireland and the UK. As part of their continued growth, they are looking to hire an Estimator to join their team in North County Dublin.
Duties and responsibilities
Measurement, panelisation, and review of drawings, specs & tenders
Cost planning, estimating, and subcontractor/supplier analysis
Client liaison, record keeping, and tender documentation
Risk/opportunity assessment and quality tender submissions
Skilled in 3D models, IT tools & emerging construction technologies
What we need from you
A 3rd level qualification in Quantity Surveying/Construction Economics (Degree/Diploma) is desirable; however, equivalent experience will also be considered.
Experience in subcontracting, technical, architectural, or engineering fields would be an advantage.
Minimum of 3/4 years’ experience with a subcontractor, contractor or PQS practice.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage multiple projects.
