My client in the Motor Trade industry is looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to join their expanding team. This role is based in Mullingar, Co. Westmeath.

You will be the point of contact for our customers, requiring servicing or vehicle repairs. You will liaise with the workshop and dealership providing excellent customer care.

This is a permanent job.

Key duties & responsibilities:

• You will manage all customer service queries.

• Manage the administration of customer vehicles i.e. work carried out.

• Ensure safety checks are carried out.

• Provide customers with information and advice on warranty protections

• Maintain and update company system.

• Invoicing

• Complete any other activities as specified by the Service Manager.

What are we looking for?

• Min of 3 years’ service advisor experience

• Knowledge and experience working in the Motor Trade industry.

• Experience using CRM system Keyloop – preferable

• Strong Computer Skills including MS Office, CDK/Kerridge and Auto VHC.

• Exceptional customer service/people skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work as part of a team.

• Full clean Irish Driving License.
