My client, a medical manufacturer based in Co. Leitrim, is looking to recruit a Customer Relations Manager to join their team.

Your new job
Key duties & responsibilities:
Maintain customer relationships, understand their needs to ensure customer satisfaction
Lead and mentor your team and coordinate with cross-functional teams
Meet customer needs, expectations and provide product solutions
Responsible for order processing & NPI project schedules.
Report on targets & KPI’s weekly/monthly
Attend exhibitions and client site visits
Assist with improvements to health & safety, management systems and incident reports
Ensure systems and processes are operating to standards.
What are we looking for?
3rd level qualification in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
Min 5 years’ medical device experience in a similar role
Experience using CRM systems, SAP & proficiency with MS Office applications to include PowerPoint.
Strong commercial awareness
Excellent interpersonal, communication & time management skills
Ability to multitask & Prioritise in a fast-paced environment
