Matrix Recruitment are seeking to recruit a Customer Service Co-ordinator forour Client based in County Kildare .


This is a full-time Permeant role,  Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm with Flexibility. 1 Day working from home.


Key duties & responsibilities:

You will have responsibility for providing Customer Support a critical role in ensuring effective communication and interaction between a company and its customers.

Key responsibilities of the role:

  • Providing customer support

  • Managing stock - which involves planning, monitoring, and ensuring that agreed-upon stock levels are maintained. Communicating details about product launches, delists, and promotions to relevant stakeholders and departments.

  • Stock allocation and releasing.

  • Arranging transportation for logistics purposes.

  • Submitting daily Health Certificates via Traces NT.

  • Producing documents for customs clearance.

  • Interacting with and overseeing the daily needs and expectations of customers.

  • Coordinating and providing assistance for Lean and continuous improvement projects and initiatives.

  • Interacting and communicating with pertinent account managers and team members.

Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to

  • Proficient in Excel with excellent skills.

  • Familiarity with Business Central (ERP software) is advantageous.

  • Familiarity with customer clearance and certification, coupled with a qualification in International Trade Compliance, is advantageous.
