We are currently seeking a Transfer Agency Client Services Specialist for our client, in the financial services industry, based in Limerick.
In this position, you will be responsible for managing multiple clients and ensuring that the Transfer Agency service is maintained in line with service delivery standards of the client service centre.
This position reports to the Client Service Centre Team Manager.
This is a 6-month contract position with some possibility for extension and/or permanency. The role offers a hybrid working model of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

Key duties and responsibilities:
- Attend service calls chaired by the Relationship Manager or Client Service Delivery Manager.
- Attend client meetings as required.
- Prepare presentations for operational and due diligence meetings.
- Respond to incoming enquiries (via phone, email, workflow, etc.) accurately, completely and in a timely manner.
- Manage the vetting for incident reports and ensure all items are added to the daily client incident logs.
- Manage client issues ensuring appropriate resolution.
- Strive for first contact resolution on all incoming queries.
- Regular liaison with Global Relationship Managers and other Operational Managers to provide a seamless service.
- Ensure that client interactions are dealt with in a prompt professional manner at all times.
- Maintain strong client servicing skills in all interactions and ensure a positive manner.
- Escalate items to functional Team Leaders, Managers, Delivery Managers and Relationship Managers as appropriate.
- Review and sign off the Administration Reports.
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff, fostering an environment that encourages employee participation, teamwork, and communication.
- Depending on experience, there may be scope to participate in performance management, career development and providing an input for staffing and hands-on training to partners.
- Develop periodic goals for the team.
- Organize the work, set short-term priorities, monitors all activities, and ensure timely and accurate completion of the work.
- Be the face of the company and department to external and internal stakeholders.
What are we looking for?
- Operational experience in a Transfer Agency role.
- Previous experience with people management and change management skills desirable.
- Track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Transfer Agency Industry and regulatory knowledge strongly preferred.
- Effective verbal reasoning and numeric skills required.
- Good keyboard skills and ability to learn systems used within the business required.
- Ability to work under pressure meeting challenging deadlines.
- Planning and organisation skills.
- Flexible approach to work.
- Ability to review and resolve complex issues in a timely manner.
