Matrix Recruitment are seeking to recruit – Production Line Leader  for our client, based in the Kildare Region

Your new job
Key duties & responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing a specific production area and ensuring smooth operations.

• Setting high standards for safety, quality, and productivity, and making sure that the team meets those standards.

• Provide leadership and support to team members, coaching, taking accountability, and helping them solve any problems that arise.  

• Manage the day-to-day operations, with a focus on continuous improvement- streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.

What are we looking for?

• Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain or similar qualification preferable

• 3-5 Years Manufacturing Experience.

• Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Specific expertise in Moulding, and Brushmaking technology, would be a distinct advantage.

• SAP System Knowledge desirable.

• Strong problem-solving abilities, creativity, and experience in team leadership.
