Matrix Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner for our client in the pharmaceutical industry based in North Dublin.

This is an 11-month contract role with an excellent salary.

This role is hybrid working, you will be expected on-site 2-3 days per week and 10% travel is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Works collaboratively with all to censure a high-performance culture and to create an environment of trust, dignity and respect, where behaviours are aligned to the Company values
• Work with all management to support the delivery of their people strategy
• Oversight of the organisation’s regulatory and compliance requirements
• Supports organisational change projects
• Facilitates talent/performance management and succession planning across client groups, aligned to global processes
• Provides effective coaching for leaders through handling of complex employee relations issues
• Support and lead projects across the country that support HR priorities
• Responsible for the recruitment process

What are we looking for?

• 3-5+ years’ experience in an HR role with a proven track record of HR delivery, either in a COE role or HRBP
• Bachelor’s degree; CIPD qualification or relevant master’s degree
• Experience working in a pharmaceutical or manufacturing background is beneficial
• Strong knowledge of Irish and European employment law framework
• Effective at coaching and managing multiple stakeholders
• Highly effective communicator with the ability to influence outcomes at all levels of the business
• Ability to project manage multiple projects and initiatives
• Ability to build trusted partnerships and to work effectively with people at all levels
