What you need to know

You will work as an Office/Accounts Administrator for our client, a highly successful and ambitious company in the Co. Roscommon.

You will support the finance team with accounts administration, logistics and administration duties to support the day-to-day function of the business.

This is a permanent job.

Your new job

Key duties & responsibilities:

  • Assisting Accounts Team with inputting invoices.

  • Data entry Excel.

  • Manage purchasing and inventory control.

  • Arrange collection and delivery of products.

  • Monitor/track timeline of deliveries.

  • Liaise with customers.

  • Handling email and phone inquiries.

  • Diary management of travel plans, appointments, and agendas of senior management.

  • Manage ordering of office supplies.

  • Prepare presentations and assist in reporting.

  • Assist HR in hiring and training new employees, covering sick/holiday leave.

  • Ad hoc duties as required by management.

  • DUE TO LOCATION OF FACILITY, OWN TRANSPORT IS REQUIRED.

 

What are we looking for?

  • Must have accounts administration experience.

  • Office administration experience.

  • Proficient with MS Office including Excel.

  • Excellent attention to detail & numeracy skills.

  • Well organised & adaptable.

  • Effective communicator.

  • Fluent in English language written/oral.
