What you need to know
You will work as an Office/Accounts Administrator for our client, a highly successful and ambitious company in the Co. Roscommon.
You will support the finance team with accounts administration, logistics and administration duties to support the day-to-day function of the business.
This is a permanent job.
Your new job
Key duties & responsibilities:
Assisting Accounts Team with inputting invoices.
Data entry Excel.
Manage purchasing and inventory control.
Arrange collection and delivery of products.
Monitor/track timeline of deliveries.
Liaise with customers.
Handling email and phone inquiries.
Diary management of travel plans, appointments, and agendas of senior management.
Manage ordering of office supplies.
Prepare presentations and assist in reporting.
Assist HR in hiring and training new employees, covering sick/holiday leave.
Ad hoc duties as required by management.
DUE TO LOCATION OF FACILITY, OWN TRANSPORT IS REQUIRED.
What are we looking for?
Must have accounts administration experience.
Office administration experience.
Proficient with MS Office including Excel.
Excellent attention to detail & numeracy skills.
Well organised & adaptable.
Effective communicator.
Fluent in English language written/oral.
