What You Need to Know:
Matrix Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Technical Co-Ordinator within Transfer Agency (Registration) with our client, a leading global financial services company based in Limerick.
Your New Job:
You’ll manage your own suite of clients and support junior team members, ensuring high-quality, compliant processes.
This hybrid position requires working three days onsite during standard office hours (09:00 – 17:15), with the expectation of availability on some bank holidays.
This is a contract position up until the end of December 2026.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day processing, quality checks, and assurance activities
- Oversee quality and timeliness of processing in partnership with offsite teams
- Act as escalation point for unresolved matters
- Deliver daily client reporting regarding outstanding registration requirements
- Oversee workflow queues and analyse progression
- Meet monthly targets and KPIs
- Maintain and update procedures
- Support compliance requirements and client-specific processing needs
- Participate in team projects and internal collaborations
- Ensure segregation of duties at all times
What Are We Looking For?:
- Previous experience within the Financial Services industry
- Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering regulations and the current regulatory environment
- Ability to identify and implement process improvements
- Able to work independently and support others
- Customer service experience
- Strong attention to detail and effective time management skills
