What you need to know:
Our client, a global leader in sustainable construction, is recruiting a Site Supervisor based in Cork, with projects mainly across the Cork/Limerick region. A North Cork or commutable base is ideal.

This is a full-time, site-based role

Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will coordinate daily site operations, ensure H&S compliance, and liaise with all stakeholders.

YOUR NEW ROLE

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY :

Maintain site safety, PPE, equipment, and documentation.
Support planning, resources, scheduling, and crane coordination.
Deliver inductions, toolbox talks, and liaise with subcontractors and clients.
Act as main site contact, resolving issues and managing snagging and changes.
Coordinate with Design and Production teams to ensure quality delivery.
Attend site meetings, report issues, and support Assistant Site Technicians.

What are we looking for?

Proven site-based supervisory experience with a valid CSCS card.
Qualifications in a relevant discipline (construction, engineering, trade)
Strong commercial awareness, organisation and time management.
Detail-focused with a strong commitment to safety and quality.
Confident communicator with strong teamwork skills.
IT proficient, including Microsoft Office.
