What you need to know
Matrix Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Client Services Data and Sharepoint Analyst for our client, in the financial services industry, based in Limerick.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to the Client Service team by developing insights to enable decision making with a view to developing client relationships both internally & externally.

The position will include identifying and implementing business opportunities through Sharepoint and Microsoft 365 applications with the aim of exceeding client expectations for all custody queries. 

This is a contract position up until February 2024 with some possibility of extension or other opportunities within the team. Offers a hybrid working model.

Key duties & responsibilities:
  • Identify internal process opportunities and utilise LEAN principles to improve efficiency
  • Deliver enhancements and projects in line with department strategy
  • Set out clear design, delivery and daily operation of Sharepoint and Microsoft 365 offerings
  • Develop and maintain project plans, while tracking deliverables
  • Partner with internal teams and stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve efficiencies
  • Provide independent and unbiased critical analysis ensuring outcomes and deliverables align with the department vision
  • Assist team with the goal of delivering proactive, unparalleled service to clients
  • Promote the highest standards of integrity, accountability & client service the team and business 

What are we looking for?
  • Prior business analysis and data analysis experience
  • Strong background in SharePoint Development
  • Experience implementing technical changes in Sharepoint and Microsoft 365
  • Proficient in use of Power BI
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including ability to persuade and influence change / best practice.
  • Experience within Fund Services (preferred but not essential)
  • Ability to communicate with colleagues and clients at all levels
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude
  • Ability to improve service delivery, increase efficiency, effectiveness and overall productivity
