Matrix Recruitment is recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor on behalf of our client in Co. Tipperary
Permanent role/Hybrid working
As Quantity Surveyor, you’ll support project success through cost control, procurement, and stakeholder engagement, reporting to the Commercial Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Procure and manage subcontractors and documentation
- Process payments and ensure contract compliance
- Measure progress, prepare valuations, and control project costs
- Identify material cost savings and support change management
- Administer contracts and compile reports for stakeholders
- Contribute to meetings with clear commercial updates
Requirements:
- 3yrs+ Quantity Surveying experience (construction/manufacturing preferred).
- Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
