Quality Manager

Your New Job:
As the Quality Manager, you’ll report directly to the Quality Director (Global) and play a visible role leading both Quality Assurance and Quality Control teams. You’ll shape all aspects of the Quality function, oversee laboratory operations, and champion continuous improvement—all within a regulated manufacturing environment.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead and support QA and QC teams through supervision and development of team members
Ensure the Quality function is properly resourced and team capabilities are maintained and improved
Act as the site Quality Management Representative for audits, inspections, and senior management reporting
Oversee laboratory operations and QC analytical activities, ensuring compliance with approved procedures and GMP
Drive the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System
Manage deviations, non-conformances, CAPAs, complaints, and risk activities
Lead site activities for quality input on new products, process changes, and technical transfers
What Are We Looking For?:
Level 8 (or higher) qualification in Science (preferably Chemistry) or a related field; postgraduate degree is a plus
At least 3 years’ experience in a GMP-regulated environment, leading teams
Solid understanding of QMS (e.g., ISO 13485, IPEC GMP, ISO 14971)
Strong experience with deviations, CAPAs, audits, and complaint handling
Knowledge of laboratory analytical techniques such as GC, ICP-MS, Karl Fischer, and others
Excellent leadership, problem-solving abilities, and ethical judgement
