What You Need to Know:

We’re working with a well-established organisation currently seeking a Project Manager to join their team based in North, Co. Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead diverse projects and make a real impact, working alongside specialist teams in a collaborative environment.
Your New Job:

As Project Manager, you’ll take on the role of Project Team leader, collaborating with colleagues from Design, Surveying, and Construction. You’ll have full responsibility for delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget. Reporting directly to the Department Head, you’ll also keep the Senior Management Team updated on progress through fortnightly reports.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead planning sessions and coordinate internal teams to ensure project targets are met

  • Oversee a range of ongoing projects

  • Develop a detailed understanding of project scope

  • Maintain proactive involvement in all project stages

  • Provide consistent updates to all stakeholders, both informally and through official reporting

  • Facilitate decision-making processes internally and externally

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure key milestones are achieved

  • Manage the flow from initial tender to project completion and financial closure

  • Build and manage strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

  • Identify and manage project risks, ensuring issues are addressed quickly

  • Oversee project budgets in collaboration with the Quantity Surveyor

What Are We Looking For?:

  • Degree in Engineering, Construction, or Architecture

  • At least 5 years’ experience in project management

  • Experience managing construction projects, ideally within precast concrete, façades, cladding, structural concrete, or specialist subcontracting

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Microsoft Projects or Asta

  • Experience in façades coordination and 3D modelling is an advantage
