WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
Well established Co. Waterford manufacturing company are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to join their rapidly growing business.
YOUR NEW JOB
Lead daily production operations to achieve production plans, output targets, quality standards, and operational KPIs.
Coordinate staffing, workflows, and production schedules to maximise efficiency, optimise resources, and minimise downtime.a
Drive continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and overall operational performance.
Engage and support the production team in process improvement activities, encouraging a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Maintain the highest standards of health and safety, ensuring safe working practices are followed consistently across all production activities.
Ensure full compliance with safety, quality, hygiene, allergen control, and GMP requirements throughout the manufacturing process.
Monitor product quality and resolve quality issues, working closely with Quality teams to investigate concerns and implement effective corrective actions.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
5+ years’ supervisory/management experience in a medium-to-large manufacturing environment, ideally food manufacturing.
Ability to manage stakeholders and perform independently in a fast-paced environment.
Desire to drive continuous improvement, improving productivity, quality, safety and employee engagement; knowledge of BRC, FSSC 22000 and ISO 9001 is advantageous.
