Key duties & responsibilities:

  • Purchasing: Order materials and supplies for maintenance and repairs.

  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records and restock parts.

  • Vendor Relations: Manage vendor relationships for quality and cost efficiency.

  • Receiving and Inspection: Verify and store incoming materials.

  • Parts Notification: Inform Maintenance team of part arrivals.

  • Cycle Counts: Perform regular inventory checks.

  • Storeroom Organization: Keep the storeroom clean and organized.

  • Special Projects: Assist with non-stock items as needed.

What are we looking for?

  • At least 2 years’ experience coordinating maintenance stores/setting up running the spare parts stores for maintenance.

  • Knowledge of maintenance and engineering activities.

  • Ability to keep accurate records.

  • IT Proficient - email, databases, Excel, & CMM systems.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
