Our client, a leading Food Manufacturing company are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to join the Management Team at its Waterford site.
Your New Job
Manage and co-ordinate all maintenance activities across the plant.
Manage preventative and predictive maintenance programmes
Drive equipment performance, uptime, and continuous improvement initiatives
Lead maintenance projects and support capital investment activities
Develop and mentor engineering and maintenance team.
What are we looking for :
Candidates will be experienced Maintenance professionals with strong supervisory experience in a similar role in Food, FMCG or manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems, reliability engineering, and continuous improvement methodologies
Third level qualification (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or Trade)
Proven leadership and team management experience
Passionate about driving maintenance excellence and operational performance
Candidates may come from an experienced trades background in manufacturing./ food.
