As an Injection Moulding Technician, you’ll be responsible for the efficient operation and maintenance of automated machines, with a focus on troubleshooting, process improvements, and ensuring top-quality output. This is a full-time, permanent role with standard hours from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

Your New Job:
As an Injection Moulding Technician, you’ll be responsible for the efficient operation and maintenance of automated machines, with a focus on troubleshooting, process improvements, and ensuring top-quality output. This is a full-time, permanent role with standard hours from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee start-up, shutdown, and troubleshooting of automated machinery
- Diagnose faults across control systems and production equipment
- Carry out both planned and reactive maintenance tasks
- Contribute to continuous improvement and new product introduction projects
- Monitor equipment performance and resolve processing issues
- Ensure compliance with quality and GMP standards
- Maintain a safe, organised work environment
- Complete technical documentation and reports with accuracy
- At least 5 years’ experience as an Injection Moulding Technician or in a similar role
- Background in high-volume manufacturing settings
- Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems
- Practical, hands-on approach to problem-solving
- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills
