What you need to know
My client in the healthcare sector is looking to recruit an ERP Data Entry Administrator
for their facility in Mullingar, Co. Westmeath.
THIS ROLE WILL COMMENCE ON MONDAY 13TH APRIL
THIS IS A 3 MONTH CONTRACT JOB ROLLING ON A MONTHLY BASIS THEREAFTER.
MON-FRI 9-5PM €17 PER HOUR
Your new job
Maintaining & updating IFMS system.
Recording of annual leave, sick leave and time in lieu requirements
Checking and certifying quotes and invoices
Checking payroll sheets and preparing same for local payroll.
Answer phone calls/email requests
Managing the database for all requisitions
Filing of service records and contract details on shared drive.
Co-operation with full implementation of PPARS IFMS and other IT systems.
Responsible for ordering and maintaining stationary supplies.
Attending meetings and taking minutes of same.
Carry out such other duties assigned by management
What are we looking for?
IFMS systems experience
ERP systems experience
Data entry
Payroll/accounts/invoicing
Raising purchase orders
Numerically proficient
Attention to detail imperative
