What you need to know
You will work as an Assistant Finance Manager for our client, a services organization in the Carlow/Kilkenny region.
You will report into the Finance Manager.
The role is a 6-month contract with an attractive salary.
Your new job:
You will manage a wide range of activities within the finance function.
Key duties and responsibilities:
Prepare financial accounts for head office and subsidiaries
Ensure the deadlines are all met
Liaise with internal and external auditors
Prepare and get approval for annual budget
Present the monthly management report packs for senior management and the Board
Review the costing reports and validate accuracy
Support the operation of the fixed asset system
Report on day-to-day cash management
What are we looking for?
Qualified Accountant with 5 years pqe
Excellent IT skills
Strong organizer who can prioritize tasks
Pro-active with excellent problem-solving skills
