Due to continued expansion our medical device client is recruiting an Assembly Team Leader. This is new a job opportunity to  work with a company that is continually growing each year.

This is a permanent Job based in Co. Leitrim.

Responsibilities and Duties:

As an Assembly Team Leader you will be required to work and guide the team so that daily production demands and targets are met. Working in accordance with the company’s  scheduled build plan, you will be responsible for ensuring products are of high quality.

The ideal candidate will have experience within a highly regulated manufacturing along . Essential experience in leading large teams.

Required Attributes:

• At least 2-3 years’ experience in leading a team.

• A sound knowledge of manufacturing processes.

• Good understanding of Lean manufacturing tools

• Experience in ensuring policies and procedures in Safety, Quality/GMP, Productivity and Waste Management are met.

• Effective communication skills.

• Conscientious and with an eye for detail.

• Good Problem-Solving ability.

• Flexible, Hardworking, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Loyal, Committed and Trustworthy.

Desirable Attributes:

• Experience within high regulated manufacturing environments

• Experience of leading teams in  manual completed environment .
