Ready for a new challenge in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for someone to join a growing team to support both accounts payable and general office functions. This role is key to keeping operations running smoothly, working closely with management, staff, suppliers and customers.

Your New Job:
As an Accounts Payable & Office Administration Support team member, you'll play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of the business. You'll be responsible for processing supplier invoices and payments, maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month-end activities, and assisting with cashflow management. You'll also provide holiday cover for accounts receivable when required.

Alongside your finance responsibilities, you'll support the wider office by processing customer orders, liaising with suppliers, warehouse staff and sales representatives, managing documentation, handling customer queries, greeting visitors, and carrying out general administrative duties.

Hours of work: Monday-Friday 8.30am-5pm 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Process and enter invoices for payment; complete all creditor payments on time

  • Sort, code, and match invoices, and maintain vendor records

  • Liaise with clients to confirm credit terms and limits

  • Update daily cashflow and assist in reducing costs

  • Complete month end procedures and assist with management accounts and audits

  • Input and manage orders from calls or email; produce invoices and credit notes

  • Conduct daily face to face route settlements with drivers

  • Support pricing admin including system data entry

  • Greet visitors, manage calls and direct inquiries professionally

  • Provide general office administration such as filing, IT system usage, and other assigned tasks

What Are We Looking For?:

  • Experience with invoice processing and office admin tasks

  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment

  • Professional communication and organisational skills

  • Confidence using IT systems/software
