Catherine Keating

Catherine joined Matrix Recruitment in 2022, bringing over 12 years experience in Public Sector recruitment. She holds a Master of Business specialising in Human Resource Management, an Advanced Diploma in Applied Employment Law from Kings Inns and she completed a Leadership course with the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland. She also holds a Bachelor of Business Hons specialising in Human Resource Management and a Certificate in Payroll Techniques with IPASS.
Catherine previously worked in hospitals in Ireland in various HR roles; HR Business Partner, Senior HR Business Partner and Acting Deputy HR Manager. She now specialises in recruitment across the Public Sector in the East of Ireland.
Catherine is an avid runner and regularly competes in 10 miles road races and half marathons. She also enjoys history, reading and travelling after studying for a semester in the University of Massachusetts Boston.
