Matrix Recruitment are seeking to recruit an Internal Salesperson for our Client based in County Cork 

This is a full-time Permanent role,  Monday to Friday 8am to 5.30pm . This is an onsite role. 


Your new job

Key duties & responsibilities:

• Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients through phone-based sales efforts.

• Collaborate closely with the sales team to meet predetermined targets.

• Familiarity with ERP systems for order processing is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Document all pertinent market insights into the CRM system.

• Liaise with the production department to align sales requirements.

• Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns.

• Undertake general office administrative tasks on a day-to-day basis.

What are we looking for?

This role is tailored for individuals who derive satisfaction from sales, are driven by achievement, and thrive in challenging environments. A tertiary qualification and/or a minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience would be beneficial.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• A penchant for working in an office setting and engaging with customers via phone communication regularly.

• Enthusiasm, a sales-driven mindset, and a commitment to long-term career development.

• The capacity to perform under pressure within a bustling environment.

• Proficient oral and written communication skills.

• Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Impeccable attention to detail.

• Flexibility to travel to different plants as necessary.
