Matrix Accountancy, Finance, Supply Chain
Breda holds a BA in Accounting and Finance and also has graduated with a Diploma in Personnel and Executive Coaching. Building on these qualifications, Breda gained invaluable experience and knowledge while working in commercial environments for over six years. She has effectively transferred this extensive experience into recruitment where she has specialised in technical recruitment in the past but has now returned to Accountancy, Finance and Supply Chain. Breda has been recruiting in the Midlands for over seven years.
Breda has an excellent track record in meeting the recruitment needs of both her clients and candidates in the Midlands area. Breda also manages the Midlands Regional office.
Marguerite holds a Bachelor of Business Studies and specialised in Marketing. She has recently joined Matrix Recruitment after working a number of years in Sales and Marketing in the Hospitality industry. She also gained invaluable experience in Training and Development on a recent Government funded project.
Marguerite is responsible for all Administration, Office, Sales & Marketing, HR, Retail, and Customer Service roles within Matrix Recruitment Group. Marguerite is also managing the temporary payroll services for Matrix clients.
Jonathan joined Matrix Recruitment as a Technical Engineer Recruiter for the West and Midlands in January 2013 and is based in the Athlone office. He holds a BBS with Human Resources from the Institute of Technology, Sligo
After graduating Jonathan worked in various fields including HR, Quality Control, Health and Safety, and Sales in an Engineering Environment. His wide range of experience means Jonathan has a broad knowledge of many different technical roles.
Jonathan has started to establish himself in the highly competitive technical engineering division and it has being a promising start. His ambition is to become one of the leading recruiters in the nation in servicing all engineering roles, quality, process improvement, product development and all technical roles. Jonathan’s training in HR gives him strong skills in CV analysis and an ability to prepare candidates for interview down to the finer details.
Jonathan is rapidly getting to grips with the technical engineering sector and is now recruiting for all technical engineering roles, across sectors such as Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing and Food, for roles such as extrusion, R&D, NPI, Process, Electronic, Automated, Controls, Design, Environmental, Project, Quality, Validation, Calibration, Polymer, Plastic, Plant, Facilities, Systems, Industrial, Mechanical, New Product, Tooling, Lean, Field Service, Manufacturing, Instrumentation, and EHS engineers in graduate, technician, engineer, senior engineer and manager roles.
His strength is his ability to quickly assess the needs of his clients and recruiting the right candidate fit to match their culture, values, and beliefs. He is focused and intuitive which benefits both candidate and client and is now beginning to develop his own client base.
