Michelle is Branch Manager in our newest office in Galway. Michelle joined Matrix Recruitment in 2006, bringing over 3 years experience in business/customer service related roles in two of Ireland’s leading financial services companies, Quinn Direct & Bank of Ireland.

Over the past number of years Michelle has successfully recruited for clients across all industries in the Midlands for Temporary and Permanent positions and was responsible for a highly successful temporary desk in the Midlands. In the past she has been responsible for high volume recruitment in our Matrix Office division dealing with some of our key clients in call centres, services, the public sector, etc.

Michelle has transferred this knowledge and in-depth experience with our client base and now specialises as a Technical Recruiter dealing with clients across Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical, Food and Manufacturing. She recruits across various positions including Process Engineers, Validation Engineers, Laboratory positions, Quality roles, to mention a few. Michelle has also managed a high volume/quick turnaround recruitment process of Production Operatives for a start up company achieving a 1:2 fill rate.

Previous experience has given Michelle an excellent insight into the needs of companies enabling her to match clients and candidates with the best fit.

Annette Mullally

Annette joins Matrix Recruitment with an excellent insight into the Galway market. Having graduated from GMIT with a Degree in HR and Industrial Relations Annette completed some clerical and sales based roles with some top companies such as HP and the HSE.

Securing a role as an In-House Recruiter and HR Generalist in a Biomedical company in Galway, Annette then gained excellent insight into the medial devices industry and their recruitment requirements. She has worked closely with Hiring Managers to discuss requirements and needs and has been solely responsible for recruitment.

Her previous experience in Hewlett Packard also gives Annette a great insight into IT and IT Solutions, one of the hot areas of recruitment at the moment. This combined with her in house recruitment experience in biomedical allows Annette to work successfully with our clients.

Evelyn Moran

MSc Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management

Evelyn graduated from the National University of Ireland Galway (NUIG) with a Masters degree in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management. She received a first class honours and was presented with an award from the CIPD for ‘Student of the Year’ in recognition of her excellent academic achievements. Evelyn also holds a Bachelor of Corporate Law degree from NUIG. 

Following graduation, she secured an internship as a Human Resource Assistant with Mayo County Council. She gained extensive recruitment experience in this role with full responsibility for a wide range of positions throughout Mayo.

Evelyn is responsible for all Administration, Office, Sales & Marketing, HR, Retail, and Customer Service roles within Matrix Recruitment Galway.

Evelyn is a hard working and conscientious individual who will strive to meet the needs of both the client and candidate alike.
