Outplacement

Matrix have the capability to manage outplacement programs for clients and have done so in the past. We achieved this through linking up with other HR professionals.

CV Advice

We can provide this service on a one to one basis or we can put you in touch with some of our colleagues who specialize in this area.

Career Guidance

We provide this service as part of our normal interview process, but if you would like to avail of a more in-depth analysis particularly a career change, then we can put you in touch with our preferred professional advisor.

Occupational Testing

In conjunction with our expert in this area, Patricia Reilly, we offer testing and analysis advice to cover Numerical, Verbal and Mechanical Reasoning along with Personality Testing.

Payroll Administration and Services

We can provide a Payroll Management Service for all contract and temporary workers to cover contract issuance, timesheet management and payment. We provided this service for nearly 250 people during this summer. Paula Kelly (ACMA) currently manages Payroll Services.

Employment Legislation Updates/Consultancy

Fiona Brown Johnson of Profile Training provides us with the latest interpretation of Employment Lesgislation and Case History. She is available to work with companies on Employee Handbooks etc.

HR Support Services

We have a dedicated resource in Fiona Hughes, who provides this onsite service to a number of clients. She manages all contracts, HR issues, procedures, inductions, performance reviews and works with the employer's local management team.
